Before enrolling, please take a moment to review how our classes are scheduled, billed, and organized for the 2025–2026 season.
Our classes meet once a week through May 22, 2026, with breaks on Code N Bots scheduled days off.
You’re welcome to join an existing class or start a new session beginning the week of October 6.
Each class includes a registration fee and monthly tuition, due on the 18th of each month.
Parents will need to create a Parent Portal account to sign up for a class. Once registered, you can enroll in a class and set up autopay right in the portal.
If you join partway through a billing cycle, a credit will automatically be applied for any missed classes.
We accept third-party funding from programs such as Utah Fits All, Leadership Academy of Utah, and others.
We don’t offer make-ups for student absences, but instructors will make sure students are caught up when they return to class.
Each class schedule includes two Floating Sick Days to allow teachers time off without rescheduling.
If extra make-up days are needed, they’ll be held on a Friday or Saturday.
To give every student the best learning experience, our classes are limited to 10 students per instructor.
